I left school at the age of 16 with not many formal qualifications, spent most of my time messing around with my mates.

I had no idea what I wanted to do when I left school so for the first few years after leaving, I floated from job to job no real focus or direction. I had jobs mostly on building sites and shop work, it did not take me long to get up and frustrated and seeing how well some of my friends were doing.

At 22 I decided to join the British Army, this decision made a huge impact on my life it was an incredibly positive one. I had to do something because I had no direction in life moving from job to job and messing about with my mates.

So, I went off and joined the Army and I served for just over 14 years with the 1st Battalion the Royal Irish Regiment. I made it to the rank of Sergeant and can honestly say these were the best days of my life and some of the most difficult.

I never regret joining the Army as it made me the person I am today determined and focused.
I served in Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kenya, Canada to name but a few, leaving was the hardest choice I ever had to make, I didn’t miss the job that much but I certainly missed my friends and comrades.

People always ask me why I decided to leave and to be honest it was because I was soon to be married and had started to become a bit disillusioned with it all, being away from home all the time.

It took me a good 6 months to adjust to civilian life and I ended up working for an online sport’s betting company as a sport’s trader. It was around this time that I discovered Internet Marketing and being able to generate an income online.

Like so many others I was a victim of The Shiny Object Syndrome!

Times are hard right now and the world economy is at the worst it has ever been. Having said that most people are willing to invest money to improve their financial situation in bad times more so than good.

Unfortunately, this paves the way for the scammers, all scams have one in thing common in that they promise fast money for little or no work. Virtually everyone is tempted by this if only for a second or two.

If you want to become successful online please do not allow yourself to be side-tracked by these false promises, if you can’t do this then leave now and go and spend another $200 on the next best make money program.

I have created my blog to put you on the path to becoming a successful Internet Marketer and becoming financially independent with an online business.

I will be posting daily content and advice to help you build your online business.

You can succeed!
